Says it's for breastfed babies but can it be used with formula only babies?

Yes! I used them from the time my little one was a month old and she is exclusively formula fed. I used them to regulate her digestive system since she would go days without pooping and they definitely helped to keep her regular. She’s 6 months old now and we still use them.
