C section recovery and workout
I am 4 weeks pp and I have 2 more to go until my doctor clears me to go back to my old workouts. Any moms have any go to easy workouts to start now? My doctor said I can do what I’m comfortable with so I walk about a mile a day. I started doing some squats with no weight. I was going to start doing some push ups as well. Anyone have any go to easy workouts I can start doing now that won’t hurt my incisions. Just feeling lazy and want to start moving more. Thanks!
