Okay so i have been engaged for a little over a year in about 3 months it will be 2 years. but my SO is currently in jail and we have yet to find out if and when he’s coming home now the thing is my SO was telling me about how his friend in there got married for whatever and he’s like that’s a real ass female blah blah and then he asked if i would marry him while he is still in jail & i said no & he’s mad at me for saying no ? but the thing is i’m in no rush to get married so i’m like why can’t we just wait to get married until you are home ? i don’t see the point in getting upset and it’s not that i want a whole wedding anyways i just want to go to the courts and get married i just don’t want to do it while he is still in jail i want it to be special and we can go home after ect. i think he wants to get married asap because he think if i’m married to him and he gets a heavy bid then i won’t leave with which makes no sense lol i could still leave if i wanted to but anyways am i wrong for not wanting to get married while he’s still in jail ?
