Weight loss and ttc
I am 5’5” and around 185 pounds. Husband and I miscarried in July. We’ve been ttc seriously off and on since then and have had no luck. I’ve recently went back to the gym in hopes of getting healthier. I’ve cut back on eating out and soda and we’re eating slightly healthier meals.
Can anyone share their success stories with working out and ttc? I can’t say I’m out to lose a ton because that’s not my goal... although it would be nice!
Success stories would be super motivational and appreciated!
