How did you know you were pregnant?

Question

Besides missing a period how else did you know? I know to get a test but I wanted to see if anyone had anything like I am having. (Bloating headaches tender breast nauseous are like a few things ive had)

1st pregnancy- it was period week & I had cramping but no blood. tested positive. Ended sadly tho.
2nd pregnancy- my husband & I were fighting a lot lately, he was tired of my mood swings, made me test, came out negative then day later (with better 1s) positive. Ended good.
3rd pregnancy- missed period & slightly crampy, w/ achy boobs. Slight mood swing, tested postive, ended sadly.
4th pregnancy- had absolutely no reason to test, I was in the bathroom noticed I had 1 test left in bathroom, tested just because. It came back positive. 22wks5d today. I still don't feel pregnant most of the time except for the stomach acid

My boobs definitely hurt, felt not necessarily queasy but just “off”, things I loved didn’t taste as good or satisfy me the same, felt exhausted, headachy
