Pelvic pain/presssure! 32 weeks
I’ve had SPD and been going to PT weekly since 20 weeks... it’s been rough and painful but tonight....
Sharp pains in my pubic bone area. Soooo painful to walk or get up. This is the exact thing that got me to PT at 20 weeks after a full day of loooong walking but I barely did that much standing or walking today.
Hoping to goes away by morning like last time. anyone else? Ugh 😑
