Severity of pregnancy cramps?

I just found out I'm pregnant, 4weeks, 2days. I've had bad cramping for the last few days, but today's the worst. It's very light in pain (like the very beginning of period cramps) but fairly constant, especially when staying still (I sit at a desk for a living). I know if it's severe, one sided, or with bleeding it's bad, but I'm nervous. Had a chemical pregnancy last time.
Has anyone had fairly constant/often cramps with early pregnancy?

I’m in the same boat! I was actually looking to see if anyone else was going through this. I’ve been cramping all day and it feels like it does when I’m about to start my period. I’ve checked several times to make sure I’m not bleeding. I’ve read cramping is normal but this feels so much like my period pain that I have been worried. I had a chemical pregnancy in October and have a fear of miscarrying this baby.

My first like 8 weeks we’re very uncomfortable! I actually went to the hospital twice. They ease up!

I did! They were awful. The cramps were so bad I was expecting to actually see blood, but thankfully never did. I’ve heard it’s actually pretty normal especially that early on!
