I need help before taking pain relief. Please

Six days ago according to clear blue I ovulated, 3 days of high and two days of peak. Yesterday afternoon I started spotting with both back and lower tummy pain just for like 4 hours and the spotting isn't red. Early this morning the pain increases, now I'm bleeding but not heavy. I had miscarriage July 21. I'm about to take drugs to help with the pain. Should I called this my 1st period or clear blue isn't right or my ovulation isn't stable for now, or implantation bleeding. Should I use pain relief or not?
