Being induced at 37 weeks. Any advice?

What should I expect when being induced ftm here... I know what the doctors have said about the progress but was wondering about other personal experiences some of you ladies have had. Thank you!! 😊

I’ve been induced twice and they were both completely different experiences. Neither what I expected at all. 
My advice? Ask ten thousand questions if you have them, but have no expectations of how it “should” go. Throw the plan out the window, and just go with the flow. God and babies have their own ideas, and us poor moms don’t get a say in it! 😘

I'm very nervous but I'm trying to not overthink it and relax.

I was induced 4 days ago at 36 weeks. My water broke but my body did not go into active labor on it's own. 
It was one of the most horrible and traumatic experiences I've ever had to be honest. I ended up having an emergency C-section

I have had two inductions and both pretty much sucked. I recommend eating a lot before going into the hospital and getting a really good sleep beforehand. Contractions with pitocin are very different than natural contractions (I also gave birth without being induced.) Be prepared for the epidural. Epidurals are a gift from god and should be used whenever you need it.
Oh! Also, poop the morning of if you can. Otherwise you run the risk of pooping in front of everyone, which isn’t a big deal, but I found that if I pooped in early labor I didn’t have any accidents during the pushing phase.

I was induced Saturday. 37 weeks. Mines did not go as smooth as it did the first time that I was induced. It just really depends on how your body reacts. First time that l I was induced, everything went smooth. I was drugged up, so I felt great. This time, once I got the epidural, my baby heart rate dropped and I ended up getting a c-section. Baby is fine though.

I was induced exactly 37weeks with my soon. It waw for me a scary and horrible experience i didnt know what to expect but the actual labour was ok. Be strong focus on your baby. And like other girl said ask ask ask questions. Goodlucl mama
