I wouldn’t take anything until your milk comes in love. Every pregnancy is different. Some can be longer and faster than others xo

I tried drinking the mothers milk tea after baby’s birth and the Wic lady’s got mad. They kept telling me I shouldn’t take anything if if I did I should have talked to them and went through all my options. They just treated me like I was stupid. I wasn’t making enough milk And the tea helped a little bit

Your breast milk supply is supply and demand. Nurse baby as normal and pump in between for the first 3 weeks or so to increase your supply. Then your body should get used to it and you won’t have to pump as much. Plus the first 3 days after delivery, you are only producing colostrum then your breast milk starts to come in
