I don’t understand

So in November af was 12 days late, I took a test about half way through the week that af was suppose to come and got a negative even though I was having symptoms. I thought it was strange because I am never late. Then this month today I am currently 8 days late so, this morning I took a test again to be turned down with a negative 😭😭

I’ve been having mild cramps especially during this week but still nothing
