What are these bumps?

So lately I noticed my face has these bumps on them, idk what they are, it’s like acne but not really? Can anyone tell me what they are and what I can use to get rid of them 😩 my skin is basically clear besides these bumps!

I used to get those, especially around my hairline. I have sensitive skin so I can’t use most exfoliators, but I use an exfoliating brush head with my gentle face cleanser. I also switched to gel moisturizer instead of heavy lotions.

Those actually are acne, that are stuck underneath the skin. Some of them may go away on their own, and some meat erupt into large pimples. Some of them could be milia, but my guess is that they are pimples under the skin about to erupt. I would use an exfoliating cleanser like philosophy microdelivery exfoliating cleanser And also a topical acne treatment like clean and clear pursa gel.
