Help?? I’m giving my self anxiety.

(Btw, I’m on Birth control pills which I never miss ) So I recently had just gotten finished with taking Amoxicillin. My period ended on the 8th and that’s when I began to take it. I had sex with my BF on the 13th. I finished taking the antibiotic on the 14th. And today, I woke up at 7 nothing wrong. But I went to work and came home and I had brown/black thick lotion like discharge in my underwear. My period by the birth control pack will be due in 5 days and I’m thinking this is just old blood. Because I’ve had nothing else but that. I have dry cm currently and no symptoms of anything.
