Plus sized mamas

Have any plus sized (over 200 pounds) done the big chop? I’ve never had hair shorter than mid back, usually at waist length. I’m nervous because I’m so big. I have a hair appointment Monday and have no clue what cut or color to do. Just looking for advice and personal stories.
