I’ve been in a FWB relationship for about

a month. Last night we finally had sex... it was terrible. We were both virgins so I had really low expectations. Neither one of us knew what we were doing and it got really weird and awkward. After I left, I felt didn’t feel like it was real life. Everything felt super surreal and I felt like I was on the verge of a breakdown. I haven’t felt like myself since and I can’t stop thinking about last night. Did this happen to anyone else? Any advice?
