What’s helped some of you lose weight

I find it so hard to diet, I use to be stick thin and idk how I was back then. I want to stick to something easy, I can do 24/7. Does anyone have recommendations? I’ve looked into Keto diet... what’s your favorite meal preps, and how much do you exercise or what you prefer to do as exercise and have lost weight with that. I want to be committed this time, I need to find something to fall in love with. I know it’s easier said than done, but I’m tired of hating my body after all this weight gain after having my daughter, TWO years ago, and just now discovering my under active thyroid, which I’m on meds for now. HELP 💖🍀😅
