1 follicle on femara. Am I the only one?

Each month I only make one follicle. I see posts about people making several. Just curious

my first cycle on femera i had no follicles, second i had a 17 ...and the third i had a 19,20 ...and 29

My 4th month taking Femara I finally had follicles, 1 on each side. My doc said if I continue getting more than 1 I’d have to lower the dose again or try Clomid. To avoid hyper stimulating the ovaries. So I think only having 1 is good.

You are meant to have less chance of multiples with letrozole! I only have one follicle each cycle of letrozole as well.

I’ve had two rounds of 2.5 and only get 1 great follicle. The second one I had a 12mm following my 19mm but it never caught up. My RE explained that most women get 1 with Femara, whereas Clomid and injectables are more common for multiple

This was my first cycle on Femera and I had two dominant follicles - I’m sure everyone responds a little differently - it is good that you had one... it  was working!
