Eczema or teething?

Question

My baby girl has had red cheeks consistently since about 13months.
Our doctor says it’s eczema, the redness level varies throughout the day. Tonight it’s the most red I have ever seen it! 
I’m convinced it’s a food intolerance. She is off dairy, might try cutting gluten next. 
She is cutting 3 molars right now so I’m sure that isn’t helping the situation.
Anyone with a similar experience?

My Natural Path said there can be a direct correlation between eczema and food intolerances so its worth asking about. Best of luck to you- hope you find something that works!

My son has mild eczema and has had flare ups on his cheeks off and on since birth. In the past, hydrocortisone cream would heal it up pretty quick.  Now, nothing seems to help.
  I’ve wondered about food intolerances myself.  He is allergic to peanut butter, but hasn’t been in contact with it for months.  I’m going to talk to his Ped about it again next week and we see his Allergist in a couple of weeks as well.

My niece tested positive for a dairy allergy. She recently came into contact with dairy while at daycare and had a reaction similar to this — rosy red cheeks
