Does Melatonin work. Lack of sleep
I’ve been exhausted lately. The quality of how I sleep which makes me exhausted everyday. I constantly wake up through the night and toss and turn a lot according to my sleep tracking app.
It’s really been effecting my mood as well. I’ve been getting upset with my boyfriend for no reason. I just feel agitated all the time. I’ve already told him that I haven’t been sleeping that well and it’s effecting my mood and he understand.
Because I have to get up early for classes I don’t have time to sleep in. I go to sleep around midnight after finishing up some homework then wake up around 7 and head to school around 8. So usually on the weekends i try to catch up on sleep but even on the weekend, I wake up at 7 or 8. I just want to sleep longer.
