i've been sick for over a week now, started my period in the middle of it and was told i have the flu. my period is going on for 7 days now which is really weird; it only usually last 4-5. i have had the Liletta IUD for a year next month. last had sex october 10th (he came in me) and my periods have been normal until now. the only different thing is the flu. since getting the IUD my periods have been brown discharge with clots. this time it was brown discharge/clots. then it stopped for a few hours, then bright red blood happened once and now it's back to discharge. i've had absolutely no cramps which is also normal.

i know i'm prob freaking for nothing but it's just weird
