Extreme anxiety need help
So I've been doing therapy for over a year now. I have extreme anxiety and ocd. So bad I can't leave the house sometimes. It started over a year ago. I'm in need of help. Please please give me some advice for medication. My doctor has tried so many times to put me on it, but I'm so terrified. I'm to the point now where I'm thinking of trying it out. I just don't feel myself. I barely know where I am sometimes.
