Update on spotting

So it had been 6 days of spotting my obgyn putting me on light duty and bed rest. Hcg beta started 1/15 at 215, 1/17 at 540 and this morning at work I felt a gush of blood and was taken to er. It's been concluded another miscarriage at 6 week's and 6days. I'm so numb right now this will be my fourth pregnancy, 1 healthy 5year old and 3 miscarriages.
