Can anyone tell from my rhr chart if i actually ovulated ? Im 2 days late for af with bfns.

Answer

RHR is good data but it’s usually not enough and needs to be mapped against other data like cm or bbt or opks. 🌸 there might be women who can read from this alone but unfortunately I’m not one of them. Good luck!
