What should I do!!!

So I have gotten an so called period on January 19,2019. I took an test and it was positive but it was an faint line... ( I took it the next day since I was just spotting) . I took another test on January 24 and it says not pregnant ... ( it was Wal-Mart brand test) . I have been spotting every since it’s only when I wipe (tmi) what should I do
