Teen pregnancy

I am 17 my boyfriend is 18 I just found out that I am pregnant he has a job so that's a good thing and he told his parents and I told mine but should I be obligated to tell anyone else ? I mean I know they will find out eventually but I don't want anyone to know right now not even my family
