I feel really stupid and I should know better but on birth control your periods get lighter right?

I’ve been on junel 24 since July 2018. But I’ve been on others since nov 2017. 
So I was wondering .... ever since I’ve been on junel 24 each month my period gets lighter ? This never happened on my other BC pills. Should I be concerned? I haven’t been sexually active since October.

It can, but it just depends on how ur individual body reacts to the birth control.

Mine definitely was lighter on birth control. When I went off to TTC my periods were SO much heavier.

No. With my BC my flow decreased so much I was able to use the thinnest pads.

It can but doesn’t always happen, I’d ask your doctor which type would be right for you
