A couple weeks ago I had an early ultrasound that placed me at 5w6d... the ultrasound tech asked if I had twins in my family as she saw two sacs. After reading the ultrasound notes it says there is a fluid filled sac that is consistent with SCH... are these two easily mistaken for each other? Does anyone have any experience with this? I am NOT hoping for twins.

I go back Monday and they will likely do another ultrasound to verify everything is okay as I miscarried at 11 1/2 weeks last summer.
