Most women don't implant until about 9-12 dpo (Although some do earlier) and then it takes a few additional days for Hcg to build up to a detectable level.

Wait until at least 14dpo before you test again.
Implantation can happen anytime between 7-12dpo. There’s a very good chance you haven’t even implanted yet.

I’m currently in the tww, but have got nausea, implantation cramping, bloating, sense of smell is in overdrive - so I’m really convinced it’s my bfp- but still got 6 days to wait!
