How long after keto did you conceive

Iv started keto at the beginning of January and when it was time for me to start my period on the 16th I had such sharp pains I went to the doctor and she said it sounds like I ovulated which I guess Iv never experienced before. It got me thinking and I was curious. I have pcos and started keto to help with weight loss and fertility and overall healthier lifestyle. I’m not sure which board this should be on. Sorry if it’s the wrong one
