So my best friend is kind of a hoe... sleeps around and I’m really into this one guy. And he actually asked me out. And she is telling me I can’t go out with him bc she likes him... but yet Im going anyway. Am I in the wrong? Like we’re both adults am I wrong for thinking she needs to grow up. I love her but  seriously.

You’re entitled to date whoever you want. Doesn’t matter if anyone else has feelings for him. He’s clearing into you if he asked you out.

I understand having friends and liking someone can be difficult. I lost two people I was really close with whenever I first met my boyfriend and we started dating. They made me feel as if I was the one who was wrong by saying I was blowing them off to hang out with him and that they didn’t like him all of a sudden (we all went to HS together and they both knew who he was. Didn’t have an issue with him until we started dating) 
And i later realized it was then with the toxic traits. They resorted to being petty and inviting me out only to make me feel awkward and stuff so I stopped being their friend. They were toxic and I now realize it was okay to make that decision. It’s okay to leave toxic people behind. 
Maybe you two should have a long talk. He clearly isn’t into her if he’s asking you out and it’s not fair to her to say “well I like him!” 
Only because he asked you out and you’re interested back. All she’s gonna do it sleep with him and move on anyway. You gotta do what’s best for you. Why shouldn’t you find happiness too??

I just lost s friend because she went out with one of my ex’s at first I was totally fine with it but after a bit she started ignoring me for him it ended our friendship because she stopped being there for me . I wouldn’t suggest going out with the guy but maybe y’all should have a long conversation about Yalls feelings for the guy and just go from there
