Well I threw up at my 3 hour glucose test... I've never ever been able to stomach super sweet things and that drink was so sweet. I now have to monitor my blood sugars for a week to see what our next steps are.. Really wasn't expecting this and now I'm super bummed... 😔 I like to think I'm a generally pretty healthy person. I eat healthy at home most of the time but sometimes I will have my slip ups and eat super unhealthy. This just really stinks.
