Sex Ed?!

I don’t understand this century young kids don’t know how sex and the human body works?..Literally trying to help a 18 year old to understand what happens to the female body and what the body goes through during and after pregnancy! Why isn’t sex Ed being taught like it should be??

I am very pro sex Ed at schools but I blame parents. Like who doesn’t explain things to their children.

It is honestly so sad reading some of these posts on here...
Last night there was a girl who honestly thought she could get pregnant from masturbating. The other day someone asked if you could get pregnant from giving a blow job, then your boyfriend kisses you, then he goes down on you hours later...
The lack of sexual education is ridiculous!

But at the same time, the internet is so easily on one's fingertips and one could literally just get info. I had one sex education class in primary school and that was it. I made it my business to go to the library and learn about sex (the internet was not readily available in my home and cellphones didn't have internet back then).

I really wonder how much of the curriculum is set and how much is left to the teacher's discretion. Compared to most people I know, we got a very comprehensive education on the matter. But he still didn't go into things like cervical or vaginal fluid (which would have been really fucking helpful and would have kept a lot of girls from worrying they were sick when they started getting vaginal fluid in their panties), phases of a cycle, anything really in depth.

Its honestly sad..my little sister came up to me this morning and told me all they taught them was the STD’s and STI’s you could get. Nothing else..I’m teaching her day by day. It’s horrible!

It is being taught in some places. I received adequate sex education. Although there was this one group of people who came into my school and told us how great their first sexual experience was since they waited until marriage lol that was weird as fuck and uncalled for in my opinion. 
But yeah it isn’t great everywhere unfortunately. Not that it’s any worse than it was a century ago 😂
