Back to work-supply hurting

I really think I’m screwing up my supply. I went back to work after 16 weeks and my supply is great. I didn’t pump a whole lot, but I still had an oversupply. So I could go 5-6 hours without pumping at this point and be okay. Before I went back I started pumping more to boost my supply so that it wouldn’t drop. I usually pump once during the day at work. So I go 7:30-12:30 then just breastfeed my son once I get him around 5 ish. My first two days I pumped enough to make 2 bottles for the next day, which works fine cause that’s what I need (10 oz). By the 3rd day I was off by an oz in each breast. I just blamed it on pumping that AM and actually getting emptied instead of just feeding my son. And now today I notice it’s lower again.

I’m really only able to pump once during my lunch because I just don’t have time. What should I do? Pump more once I’m home, like between feedings? I’ve been drinking body Armour and eating oatmeal plus oatmeal power bites.
