Has anyone tried vaginal steaming for fertility? I’ve heard great things about vaginal steaming but steamy chick recommends taking 3 months off from ttc to regulate your period and strengthen fertility. It took 2 years to conceive my son and now we’ve been trying for our second for 8 months. The thought of stopping ttc makes me anxious bc my son is already 19 months old and I keep counting how far apart my kids will be in age, but I know if I’m not pregnant in 3 months I will be devastated that I didn’t just take the time to heal myself now...
