Prenatal question!
I am currently taking women’s One a Day prenatal. I purchased some smarty pants prenatal gummies. I’ve read that gummies are not really the same as pills, but I am not too sure. Would it be okay if I took both the pills and gummies? Or should I just stick to one. Please help! Thanks.
