Weight Gain
Had my 28 week appt today. They said so far I’ve gained 26 pounds. They told me it’s okay but they recommend gaining 25-35 pounds while pregnant. I was a healthy weight before getting pregnant but worry I may be gaining too much too soon. I don’t eat unhealthy and don’t eat too much more than what I use to but I feel like I’m gaining weight too much too quick. Honestly, I feel like I’ve gained all that weight in my chest 😂 My dr suggested eating less carbs, more protein, and excercising more. This is me at 28 weeks.
