Take anything for sleep?

I recently got a bottle of Tylenol to help with my headaches and it had some Tylenol night with it, can I take the Tylenol night to help with sleep??

Unisom is also safe for sleep. My doc actually told me to take a combo of it and B6 for nausea in the beginning too.

Yep. I'm taking Tylenol night time to help with my sleep. I can't sleep through the night because I wake up in pain so it helps me with both issues. Only thing I suggest is stick to only taking 1 at bedtime because I found when I took the two which is the max dose I would wake up extremely thirsty every 2-3 hours and I'd then I'd have to pee badly lol and I felt like how when your drunk and you wake up and you think your being quiet but your not lol, I also felt really really drugged so I've been stuck in to only taking 1. I still wake to go pee once or twice but at least I'm going to bed at 11 and not being kept awake by pain till 2 or 3am like I was.
