Is running ok while TTC?

I had a REALLY BAD day today. The school sent my 6 year old daughter home on the bus when she was suppose to go to after school care and she ended up getting off the bus and into a STRANGERS car! Luckily he was nice and dropped her off at home but no one was home and she ended up at my neighbors that I BARELY know! I was so scared and mortified, but she is safe and I'm overwhelmed with relief. And I just really need a long sweaty run.. AF is due the 8th and we're hoping I'm pregnant currently but I would still like to go for a run. Would it be safe this early in a pregnancy? Any advice?
