I am anemic (normal is a 12, i am around 8) would this make my period be less blood or more blood? My period was suppose to come today but I am spotting every few wipes I see a very faint pink.

My period is like clockwork always the same, first day is usually the heaviest (all the time)

I had unprotected sex during ovulation and don’t know if it’s that or me being anemic. & I can’t see or talk to my doctor until next week this is why I’m asking here.
