neon green urine

I just started back my prenatals today (after a month of not taking them because they make me sick) and my pee is now neon green! I am a bit dehydrated too. I read that I could be getting too many B vitamins and the excess is being flushed out through my urine? what? 😳 I’m only taking rainbow light prenatals and will mention to my doctor next week, but does this sound right!? should I continue taking them?
