Positive opk

So I took ovulation yet for the first time this evening this cycle. Also, I may add that this is the first time I have gotten positive ovulation test with out medication. My hubby and I haven’t had sex at all the cycle tonight will be the first time. What are my chances of pregnancy if I baby dance tonight?
