Early sign of pregnancy, TTC

Hi so I think Im late, I did ovulated late and was sick so dont know if thats the reason why my period is late I dnt want to test yet because I am afraid of the results, I have been trying to conceive for almost a year and I just rather wait about a week to test... I am feeling my lower back a little tender and sore I just hope this is a sign🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
