AF after the pill

I got off the pill in November. I got my withdrawal bleed a few days later and then 29 days later got my period in December. I’m now on cycle day 32 and still no period. I just started to get sore breasts today. Every hcg test has been negative so far. Could I be pregnant or is this just a side effect of being off the pill?
