How soon are you allowed to jog after having a vaginal birth? I had my baby January 7th, I'm still bleeding and needed 1 stitch cause my baby was over 10 lbs 😬( yes... You read that right) anyway, Even though I'm still bleeding I feel ready to go jogging. I've already been walking a couple miles with my son on his tricycle but I get bored walking. I know my doctor said to see him in six weeks, I can't wait that long. Does anyone go running sooner than 6 weeks?
