Baby bump but negative tests???

Okay guys so around December 17th I started having pregnany symptoms but then I got my period on the 28th. It was almost a week early, and VERY short. Normally my period lasts 5 days, this only lasted 2. I've continued to have symptoms, but they're small things that I've noticed that happened last time I was pregnant.

Such as my boobs being tender, noticeable veins on my chest, heartburn (I've never had heart burn even in my last pregnancy) , peeing often, sensitive to smells, my TMJ was fine up until December 17th and now is giving me CONSTANT migraines( I was hospitalized last time bc the migraine got so bad). And now I'm starting to feel a bump, hardening of my lower abdomen! It's been there for about a month now and slowing getting bigger my so noticed as well.

But my tests are negative, I went to the dr and they wouldnt do a blood test since the urine test came back negative.

What in the world should I do?
