12 days late and light pink spotting

Okay so I stopped taking the pill on dec 22 and had a withdrawal bleed early Jan (I assume that the ovulation days are wrong because I couldn’t possibly have ovulated that soon right after the pill right?) well I’m 12 days late and today got some light spotting (pinkish) and have been lightly cramping and bloating for the past two days. Are these just symptoms associated with coming off the pill or implantation bleeding? Too scared to take a test 😭
