I ate an entire box of cereal totaling 1200 calories

I really dont know what to do right now. Ive never ever done this before and i am more ill right now then i have ever been my entire pregnancy. I got off work and ate an entire box of Oreo O'S its a type of cereal. Ate the whole box in one sitting and now i really do feel like im gonna vomit. I can hardly move. Totaling 1200 calories. :,(
