So I'm currently under my mom's insurance, she put me under her family plan and all I have to do is pay $30 if I go and get checkups and what not. I found out that I'm pregnant and want to apply for Medicaid since I'm no longer with her and struggling a bit. Do I just apply for Medicaid or do I have to talk to my mom and have her take me off her plan? Any comments would be appreciated.
