Any moms on Medicaid?

I have Medicaid, and was wondering which plan to choose out of the 3 they offer. I'm located in GA. The choices I have are amerigroup, peach state & well care!  I'm looking for any info and advice I can get.  Thanks=)

Thanks, I've called my local hospital that I would be using as well as my ob and they accept all 3. I'm going to call my pcp, and see what they cover. I've kinda Been drawn more to amerigroup because of the extra things they offer but haven't fully decided.  This is our first child.

I’m in GA as well I used Amerigroup but mainly because that is who my OB took and I wanted to continue going there.

I'm in NYC I had to switch to amerigroup because that's what my doctor delivers baby on....not sure about this plan....but If it covers the basics I'm good....

I asked the Medicaid workers (where you apply) drs and nurses. They all said peach state was the best and most comprehensive.

Amerigroup is horrible! I know from personal experience. I didn't choose my plan and they automatically placed me Amerigroup.  They are horrible.  Their databases of providers are out of date.  They have very limited providers and a lot of doctors don't participate with them anymore as they don't pay on time nor are very responsive.

I've had Peachstate with my first and amerigroup with this one. Just make sure the dr you plan on seeing accepts them.
Also in GA

I used wellcare for all 3 of my pregnancies. I have been told by friends a lot of places wont take the others but will take wellcare. I haven't been turned away yet, also I live in GA.
