So my LO is 3 weeks today and for the past 3 days I’ve noticed he’s getting these tiny little red bumps all over his face just his face he doesn’t have them anywhere else.

I’m just wondering if any of you mommies out there know what this could be. I’m hoping it’s not some sort of allergic reaction to my milk or anything else! My mom said it could be a heat rash, I also read it could be things I’m eating (diet)... just do t want to start freaking out... TIA
